Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. Any garment used or stained will not be eligible for refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All marked down and discounted items are non-refundable

Exchanges/Return Policy 
Due to the ongoing pandemic we do not accept returns. Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So, just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full or request replacement. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
